Rape Resistance Survey

Rape is non-consensual oral, anal or vaginal penetration through the threat of force or bodily injury or after intentionally incapacitating the victim with alcohol or drugs. Attempted rape is a violent and illegal act which should not be delegitimized because there was no penetration. The violence involved in an attempted rape is legitimate and can have the same impact on the survivor as a completed rape.
